We have a strong background in the area of aviation and airline work. Our non-contentious experience includes joint ventures, alliances and code sharing agreements, system development agreements and licenses, and aviation related service agreements. We also handle financing, sales and leases of aircraft. In respect of contentious work we have handled disputes both in the Singapore courts and via arbitration in relation to disputes dealing with cargo carriage, passenger personal injury and baggage, maintenance, leases and damage to aircraft.

We also handle all aspects of shipping work. In respect of contentious work, we do both admiralty litigation and arbitration. Our main areas of practice are ship arrest and disputes relating to cargo damage (including commodities), other cargo disputes, for example misdelivery, charterparty disputes (including demurrage), international sales, trade financing, and marine insurance. Our non-contentious work includes registration and mortgage of ships in Singapore as well as the sale and purchase of ships.
