Andy is a Partner in the Firm’s Civil and Commercial Litigation Practice Group. His main area of expertise include having represented clients in disputes arising from contractual matters, fiduciary duties, negligence, defamation, general asset recovery, probate, infringement of intellectual property and land law. Some of his notable cases include having acted for, the former shareholders and directors of Raffles Town Club, the Philippines Government in relation to the recovery of monies allegedly appropriated by the former President Marcos and his family, Business Software Alliance in a defamation suit, an Australian leading producer of television programmes as well as acting for Nike International Ltd in intellectual property infringement suits.

Andy was called to the Singapore Bar in 1999.
