Benjamin is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate and Banking Practice Group. He acts for major commercial landlords and advises on leases of residential and commercial premises and other related issues in respect of landlord and tenant laws. He acts for housing developers in various aspects of housing development work. Benjamin also acts for management corporations, managing agents and government agencies on various aspects of real estate work, including advising on building management and maintenance and related issues.

Benjamin was called to the Singapore Bar in 1992.
