Shi Quan is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate and Banking Practice Group.  She has more than 15 years’ experience handling sales and purchases, mortgage financing, mortgagee’s sales and leases of residential and commercial properties. Shi Quan also acts for developers in housing development work, in sale and leaseback transactions involving commercial and industrial properties for real estate investment funds (REITs) and has dealt with a wide portfolio of properties ranging from apartments, landed properties, office units, commercial units and JTC.  She also represents The Central Provident Fund Board in connection with the purchase, mortgage and/or redemption of properties.
