| Khaleel is a Partner in the Firm's
Corporate and Financial Services Practice Group.
Having previously worked as a contracts negotiator
in a US Fortune 100 company and as senior legal
counsel in one of Asia's leading telecommunications
companies, he has developed extensive experience
in issues of corporate governance and general
corporate and commercial law covering local and
cross-border transactions.
Khaleel has particular interest in Islamic banking
and finance and holds a postgraduate diploma from
the London Institute of Islamic Banking &
Insurance. He regularly conducts seminars and
workshops and speaks at conferences locally and
overseas on a variety of subjects including Islamic
banking.
Khaleel holds a Master's Degree in Computer &
Communications Law from the University of London
and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1994.
