Jen Koh is a Consultant in the Firm. She specializes in all aspects of family and matrimonial law with a particular emphasis on disputes on matrimonial assets and marriages involving cross border jurisdictional issues as well as issues involving child abduction cases out of Singapore without leave of court.

She also advises on drafting of complex deeds and agreements involving substantial asset value.

She has appeared in court for matrimonial cases which have been heard from the Singapore Family Court to the Singapore Court of Appeal.

Jen has written articles and contributed to leading family law books in respect of custody and access issues as well as division of matrimonial assets and is a regular speaker in seminars and discussions. She is also a member of the Family Law Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore and a Counselor with the Family Court of Singapore.

Jen was called to the Singapore Bar in 1991.
