Lynette is a Partner in the Firm’s Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure Projects Practice Group and Insurance Practice Group. She has extensive experience in a broad-based construction and insurance litigation practice that includes construction disputes, contract law including forward forex contracts, insurance disputes, employment disputes and trust matters with particular focus on construction related front-end and dispute resolution work.

She has handled and assisted in matters for many international and local developers, contractors and consultants, including statutory boards and government-linked companies. Lynette is also part of the team that is currently handling the front end construction contracts for the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort Project.

With respect to insurance, Lynette advises major insurance and reinsurance players on policy coverage, claims in builders and contractors risks policies, fire and other general policies. Lynette also has experience in handling construction insurance disputes and most recently assisted in arbitrations involving multi million dollar claims which resulted from the Nicoll Highway collapse.

Lynette was called to the Singapore Bar in 1996.
